For the uninitiated, IKEMEN is a standalone launcher and engine. Think of it as MUGEN’s younger, faster, net-code-having sibling. It allows for widescreen HD resolutions, smoother rollback netplay, and much better resource management than the clunky DOS-era MUGEN executable. You can download a MUGEN pack with 5,000 characters in ten minutes. Most of them are broken. Most of them crash your game. Most of them look like a five-year-old drew them in MS Paint.
