Standard-definition sex ed focuses on what (body parts, diseases, pregnancy prevention). High-definition sex ed focuses on how and why (consent, communication, pleasure, boundaries, and emotional intelligence). An HD curriculum is built on three core pillars:

Blurry information is dangerous. HD Sex Ed uses correct anatomy terms, evidence-based data on contraception effectiveness, and updated information on STI prevention (including U=U for HIV).
