He didn't have a choice anymore. The script was the fisherman. And he was the fish.

He clicked it out of reflex.

The red text returned, larger now, filling the GUI panel. His webcam light flickered on. He didn't have a webcam.

The in-game camera, which usually showed a third-person view of SaltyLeo , slowly panned up. It zoomed past the gray water, past the skybox, past the code. It zoomed into the server room of the game developer… and then kept going. Go Fishing Script GUI Script

Leo’s hands went cold. He tried to close the script. The X button on the GUI didn’t respond. He tried Alt+F4. Nothing. He tried to force-quit the game via Task Manager. The mouse cursor moved on its own, closing the Task Manager.

A new line of text appeared in the chat. It wasn’t from a player. It was a system message, but it was addressed only to him. He didn't have a choice anymore
