Back then, it was a joke between her and the night shift. “Remove this,” she’d typed, meaning to delete the text later. She never did. Not deleted
The cursor paused. Then it wrote:
She’d tried to delete the script that night. But every time she opened the editor, the placeholder text glared back: remove this application was created by a google apps script user.
She typed one word back:
Remove this message by closing the browser.
She never could.
