Unlock bootloader (Xiaomi requires waiting 7–15 days). Apply via Mi Unlock Tool .
Download Fastboot ROM for Redmi 9A (e.g., dandelion_global_images_V12.5.8.0...tgz ). Extract it.
Download Mi Flash Tool (latest version). Firmware REDMI 9A
Boot phone into Fastboot mode (Volume Down + Power).
Select Install update.zip from SD card → Choose file → Confirm. Unlock bootloader (Xiaomi requires waiting 7–15 days)
Download Recovery ROM ( .zip file) for your region.
Boot into Recovery mode (Volume Up + Power). Firmware REDMI 9A
Rename the file to update.zip . Copy to root of SD card (not internal storage).
